Blue Cheese Allergy, Symptoms And Treatment

Eating of blue cheese may lead to inflammation that may develop anywhere in the body. Mostly blue cheese includes 2 highly allergenic substance, which can be milk and mould. Symptoms caused by cheese would be the outcomes of inflammation in soft tissue in various areas of the human body.

Blue stains located in cheese are known as molds. If you’re suffering with mould allergic reaction, Ingested mold may lead to inflammation in different areas of the human body, such as gastrointestinal system & the skin.

The blue stains seen in blue cheese are called mould. If you’re diagnosed with a mould allergy, eating cheese may cause mold allergy. It commonly originates from airborne spores throughout the spring. Mold spores triggers inflammation in the uterus. Ingested molds may lead to inflammation in different areas of the human body, such as gastrointestinal system. If you suffer from mould allergy you want to abstain from dry fruits.

This contains high amount of calories & fats.  Single Blue cheese contains 8.2 grams of fats, including 5.3 grams of saturated fats. These different types of harmful fats affect your cholesterol levels.

  • Rich in minerals.

How to treat Cheese Allergy?

The very best way to take care of any type of allergy is to avoid the allergen. In case you were diagnosed with blue cheese allergy then it’s a good idea to prevent cheese. Besides blue cheese you also will need to concentrate on other products such as milk and dairy products, aged cheese, mushrooms, dry fruit and beer.

First and foremost thing to be done if you’re attacked with the allergen, would be to speak with your physician immediately. Doctor will prescribe you with anti histamine medication, which may provide you relief for moderate allergic symptoms. Whereas if you’re afflicted by severe reactions such as anaphylaxis or respiratory difficulties then which may take some time to get treated.
