Veteran Nollywood actor Browny Igboegwu recently shared his disappointment on social media, calling out the hypocrisy he sees among colleagues in the Nigerian movie industry.
In an emotional post, Igboegwu criticized some fellow actors for their inconsistency, noting that many speak negatively about others but then publicly celebrate them.
He highlighted the need for authenticity and real connections, urging his peers to either offer genuine praise or stay silent.
Igboegwu also expressed frustration over the industry’s prevalence of fake love, shallow interactions, and “eye service.”
Additionally, he warned that he would distance himself from any colleagues who engage in backstabbing.
