“Davido paid millions to hangout with Wizkid” – Uche Maduagwu reveals
Nollywood actor Uche Maduagwu has shared an intriguing revelation about the recent encounter between Afrobeat sensations Wizkid and Davido.
In December 2023, the two music giants were seen together at the Evenintheday event, standing side by side with Zlatan and enjoying Davido’s “Champion Song.”
The longstanding feud between Wizkid and Davido, which had persisted for years in the music industry, finally took a backseat as they came together after a prolonged period.
During a recent episode of the show “Trends and Bants,” hosted by comedian Deeone, Alexis, and actor Uche Maduagwu, Deeone referred to Davido as a “Clout Chaser.”
Uche Maduagwu, expressing his agreement with Deeone’s statement, mentioned that despite liking the singer, he concurs with the characterization.
When questioned about why he believes Davido is a clout chaser, the actor recalled the instance when the Afrobeat superstar hung out with his counterpart, Wizkid.
He revealed that Davido paid a huge, undisclosed sum just to hang out with Wizkid.
Uche further dared Davido to come out to say that he never paid Wizkid when they hanged out.
