Bad breath may be embarrassing. If you would like to eliminate your bad breath naturally, then you have to try out these frequent foods.Many people do suffer from bad breath, which may be brought on by different factors. Poor or disagreeable mouth odour may be a hygiene problem in addition to a wellness problem.Bad breath may be caused if you don’t maintain good oral hygiene. Not brushing your teeth, not cleanup your own mouth/tongue, not flossing on a regular basis, etc., may result in the build-up of grime and germs in the mouth, resulting in bad breath.Another cause of terrible breath is a result of health complications, like as bad breath may be a complication of certain ailments such as diabetes, and depression, liver damage, etc.Here are several foods which helps to reduce bad breath in just a week.

1.Green tea: Green tea is proven to combat the odour-causing germs in the mouth, cleanse your mouth and also leave your mouth with a refreshed feeling, thus reducing bad breath.

2.Spinach: Spinach can reduce bad breath caused by mouth dryness, as it can restore the pH balance of our body to prevent dehydration.

3.Apple: Foods that could reduce bad breath contain oranges, as apples are full of polyphenols that could cleanse your mouth and teeth obviously, murdering the odour-causing germs.

4.Mint Leaves: Chewing mint leaves may be a much healthier alternative to chewing gum on a chewing gum, as mint leaves your mouth feeling refreshed and may also conceal bad breath permanently.

5.Orange: Oranges or some other fruit full of vitamin C may also help reduce bad breath obviously, as vitamin C may ruin the bad breath-causing germs, while maintaining your mouth hydrated.

6.Cinnamon: Another food which could reduce bad breath is cinnamon, as it breaks down the volatile sulphurous compounds in the moutharea, in addition to leaves our mouth with a pleasant odour.
