“I’m scared of falling in love” – Shallipopi
Nigerian musician Crown Uzama, also recognized as Shallipopi, has openly expressed his apprehension about embracing love due to the fragility of his heart.
The artist behind “Oba Pluto” shared that following a painful breakup with his ex-partner, he found himself emotionally susceptible.
During a recent episode of The Receipts Podcast, Shallipopi conveyed, “I cherish the idea of love, yet I hesitate to fully engage because of the complexities prevalent in today’s society.”
“My heart is fragile so if someone plays with it, I will cry. Someone broke my heart in the past. We were in a relationship, then something happened and we broke up. The fault wasn’t from me.”
The musician said that, except for brief “flings,” he has never cheated in a relationship.
He claimed that although he is not looking for a partner right now, he is “patiently waiting for somebody that can match my vibe.”
