Big Brother Naija star Mike Edwards has expressed his gratitude to his supporters after winning his debut boxing match.
As a reminder, the BBNaija season 4 runner-up excitedly announced his entry into professional boxing in April, joining the Cruiserweight division under Misfits Boxing.
The much-anticipated debut has now taken place, with Mike Edwards emerging victorious against his opponent, Jake Cornish.
After the match, he took to Instagram to express his heartfelt thanks to everyone who supported him, giving special acknowledgment to those who played key roles in his journey.
He wrote: “Survive and Advance A massive thank you to everyone who came out to support me and to all of you who tuned in from home. I hope I made you proud! They say there’s no test without a testimony, and I truly couldn’t have done this without God’s will.”
