Paris knife attack: Three wounded at Gare de Lyon station
Police report that a knife attack occurred at the Gare de Lyon train station in Paris, resulting in three individuals sustaining injuries.
During the incident on Saturday morning, one person suffered severe wounds to the stomach.
Authorities have detained a suspect, identified as a Malian national who provided officers with an Italian driver’s license.
Paris has witnessed multiple knife attacks in recent times. In December, a tourist lost their life, and two others were injured near the Eiffel Tower.
Additionally, in January of the previous year, six individuals sustained injuries following a stabbing at the Gare du Nord station.
