“This one pain me” Actor Charles Okocha cries out as he mourns Mr Ibu’s demise
Nollywood actor and comedian Charles Okocha expressed his sorrow on Instagram over the passing of veteran actor John Okafor, widely known as Mr. Ibu. On his Instagram stories, Okocha wrote the poignant words ‘This one pain me’ in response to the news of Mr. Ibu’s passing.
The cause of Mr. Ibu’s demise was disclosed recently by AGN president Emeka Rollas, who stated that it was due to cardiac arrest that Mr. Ibu drew his last breath.
It is not surprising that Charles Okocha is pained about Mr Ibu’s death because their line of work is similar as they both took comic roles. Also, it is possible that Mr Ibu was Charles Okocha’s mentor since he started taking comic roles before him. Mr. Ibu is considered a legend in the movie industry, with comedy as his expertise.
