Wumi Toriola throws shade after being called a YouTube star
Nollywood actress Wumi Toriola has criticized some of her colleagues for downplaying her achievements. On her Instagram page, she shared that someone called her a YouTube star, which she proudly embraced due to her resilience.
Wumi pointed out that while some of her peers are still navigating the box office world, they have yet to master YouTube.
She questioned whether these colleagues were aware of her before they started rebranding themselves. Urging them to stay focused on their own paths, she advised them to stop chasing after Bollywood. She concluded her post by warning her fans to ignore comments that undermine people’s efforts.
