It’s 2016 and everyone’s seeming to claim the ‘new year, new me’ vibe. However, no one is actually taking steps towards making themselves more appealing and interesting. Here, we have some practical tips towards being more attractive.
Some of us are so set in our ways and we believe in the status quo but your habits don’t have to be you and you can change them. To the effect, we should always be looking for ways to better ourselves in all areas.
Feeling great and attractive ties in with looking great and attractive and that takes some effort. Your inward and outward look and feel matters. So, here are a few tips to help you feel more attractive in 2016:
Trim all hairs: It’s unsightly to keep hairs growing and sticking out. No one wants to see that.
Clean up: Don’t leave dry saliva close to your lips to form a grainy white coating. Do whatever you have to do.
Great posture: Try to keep your head up, shoulders back, and tighten your core when you’re walking. For a more confident look change your posture.
Breathe right: If you want to reduce stress, breathe deeper. Don’t breathe from your chest but from your stomach instead.
Healthy living: Try a clean diet of more water and veggies and try some exercise too.
Respect yourself: feeling attractive starts with self love and how you feel o the inside, if you respect yourself it will show through and people will find that attractive.
Skin care: Try out a simple routine of face washing and moisturizing gives you a glow.
Develop mentally: Include other habits such as reading, having interests and learning how to share knowledge.
Dress to fit: You should always wear your clothes to fit your body type, such that you always look smart and on point.
Be a listener: Speak less this year and listen more. This way, you’ll have stronger and better relationships.
