Davido named ‘fraudster’ as fans make severe loss on $Davido coins
Superstar Afrobeat singer Davido Adeleke faces severe backlash as fans experience significant losses just 24 hours after investing in his $DAVIDO meme coins.
The singer had recently launched a meme cryptocurrency operating on Solana’s blockchain platform.
Following the initial buzz, many fans invested heavily in the coin. However, reports suggest that Davido cashed out his profits, which allegedly caused the price of $DAVIDO coins to plummet.
One fan shared a snapshot showing the crash, revealing that his $150 investment had dropped to just $20, an 86.67% loss.
Fans have since taken to the X platform to accuse Davido of fraud, pouring out their anger for trusting him and investing in the coin.
