LEARN HOW TO PREPARE THE BUKA STEW [VIDEO]

When you google what a stew means you’ll definitely get a definition that doesn’t quite fit with the stew definition you know a a Nigerian, this is because stews take a different turn with every country and many countries call what we refer to as stew, “Tomato sauce”. The tomato sauce for other countries is once again different from the way we make ours so lets just revert back to our own word “Nigerian Stew”. There are different types of stews and sauce that we prepare in Nigeria but one seems to get people lining up with plates in hand and that’s the Buka Stew. The buka stew is the type of stew that you would get at road side joints, its the type that you dream about having or you can’t wait to have.

The Buka stew have probably caused a lot of marital discord (No jokes) because it is so tasty and delicious you can’t get enough of it. Now Ladies because we love you and want you to keep your husbands & Boyfriends home, we’ve decided to share this buka stew recipe with you.

  • Tomatoes
  • Palm Oil
  • Ata Rodo
  • Sombo
  • Onion
  • Smoked Panla
  • Iru
  • Seasoning Cube
  • Salt
