1.Cooked Grains: Most cooked grains such as Oats, Rice, etc, absorb water while being cooked and when absorbed, they could effectively cure dehydration.

2.Berries: Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc, are made up of 92% water and also come with anthocyanins that reverse the effects of dehydration as well as reduce body inflammation.

3.Watermelon: Fruits such as watermelon and melon comprise of 90% water and also may replace the missing glycogens and fluids in your body promptly, thus treating/preventing dehydration.

4.Soup: Healthy, homemade soups can also be the perfect remedy to treat dehydration, as they also contain salt that is an important electrolyte used to reduce the effects of dehydration.

5.Cucumber: Consisting of over 90 percent of water, cucumber is still another refreshing veggie which may be contained in your daily diet if you would like to protect against the ill effects of dehydration.

6.Lettuce: Lettuce is a healthy leafy green that’s also high in water content, together with containing minerals and vitamins which may help you stay healthy and hydrated.
