A whistleblower doctor in India has revealed 135 infants have died in his hospital in the last three months because of a lack of ventilators. He works in the state-run Nashik Civil Hospital and says the problem affects the entire Indian state of Maharashtra.
This follows the deaths of at least 150 children in August in hospitals in Uttar Pradesh.
