Health Tips On How To Combat The Dehydration Of Your Skin

To combat dehydration of the skin, one must first determine the reasons and then think of natural products to restore hydration. Here are some tips to help you.

Here are 3 reasons that may explain the dehydration of your skin:

– The abuse of acne products

Anti-acne creams or those that fight against the excess of sebum negatively affect the hydration of the skin. And especially if they are used daily. When the skin loses the sebum, it also loses the water that keeps the cells working properly.

– Removing make-up or aggressive showers

Aggressing the skin is a great way to dehydrate it. Rubbing too hard when washing or removing make-up dries out the skin.

– Do not hydrate at all

Do not drink a lot of water or do not apply a day cream, lose the skin its shine and protection. Cold, pollution, wind slowly weaken the source of water in the epidermis.
Moreover, it is necessary to differentiate moisturizing cream and nourishing cream. The nourishing cream nourishes the skin when the moisturizer brings water. Thus, dehydrated skin does not need nourishing intake but water. So putting a nourishing cream will not solve the problem. On the contrary, if one is dealing with oily skin, it will tend to fatten more and react badly (blackheads, excess sebum).

Some natural products to moisturize the skin

The jojoba oil

It hydrates deeply and regulates excess sebum. It is an oil that does not grease. Also, it has proved its effectiveness in the fight against pimples and blackheads.
Apply and massage 1 to 2 times a week on the entire face. And preferably at night.

Honey

This is a natural beauty trick used since the dawn of time. Moisturizing our skin with its high sugar content, it facilitates the maintenance of water within the epidermis. In addition, it clears the acne pimples.
Mix 3 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of honey. Add a little cinnamon then apply on the dry and cleaned face. Then leave the mask for 5 minutes on the face then rinse.

The cucumber

It is perfect for moisturizing because it is made up of 95% water. Full of vitamin C, cucumber also purifies the epidermis deep and smoothes the grain of the skin.
Peel and seed the cucumber. Then mix with 2 tablespoons of yoghurt. Apply to face and let stand for 15 minutes. Rinse with plenty of water.
