How To Do Avant Garde Makeup

To duplicate the over-the-top look, begin your eye makeup by creating a smoky effect first. Once done, apply NYX Cosmetics Eye Shadow Base In White all over the lid. To recreate the look, begin with moisturizing your lips by applying Nivea Lip Butter, Caramel lip balm. Now take the tissue, put it between their lips, and blot the extra moisture with a tissue.
