Lemon oil removes harmful microorganisms, and in aromatherapy it is known due to its beneficial effect on mental health – the smell of lemon improves concentration and mood.
Ingredients
5 drops of lemon oil
1 tablespoon sea salt
Water
Method of preparation:
Bring 7.5 ml of water to boil and then wait it to cool down to the point of evaporation, but its temperature is bearable (inhaling too hot steam can be dangerous!).
Add 1 tablespoon of sea salt and 5 drops of lemon oil in the water, cover your head with a towel and slowly inhale this aromatic steam three times daily.
After the inhalation, you should remain in a warm room for at least half an hour.
