The longer you sleep, the quicker your body will disintegrate, says researchers. Even though it’s very good to oversleep today and again, overdoing has extreme side effects on the entire body. Studies indicate that oversleeping creates the human anatomy lethargic and more difficult to do daily tasks. 3.Gives You A Back Ache: The most important source of oversleeping may be a result of severe back ache. However, if you don’t opt for physiotherapy, however, just lie down only doing nothing, it may worsen your health.

4.More Headaches: Among the most common and unpleasant oversleeping side effects is regular headaches. This occurs because of this impact oversleeping has on the neurotransmitters of the brain.

5.Bad For The Heart: The main oversleeping side effect is that it is not good for the heart. According to studies, those who love to stay in the sack for more number of hours has a higher risk of developing a coronary heart disease.
