Chocolate fudge recipe

Hello sweet tooths in the house 😀
Here’s a little chocolaty recipe for us to try out. It’s a chocolate fudge recipe. It’s  a perfect melt-in-the-mouth chocolate fudge that will get you closing your eyes and pitch some ‘ooh la la’.

Ingredients For A Perfect Chocolate Fudge

• 135g margarine
• 140g milk choc broken
• 3 medium eggs
• 225g sugar
• 1tsp vanilla essence
• 40g cake flour
• 1tsp baking powder
• 25g coco
• 55g finely chopped walnuts

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees
2. Melt chocolate and margarine over the stove.
3. Whisk eggs, sugar and vanilla until it forms a thickened paste.
4. Add flour, baking powder, coco and a pinch of salt into batter.
5. Finally mix in chopped walnuts.
6. Bake 40 to 45 mins

Viola! Our chocolate fudge is ready!!

Serve with warm milk or chilled juicy drink.
